## Så kollar du om just den här bilen är åtgärdad

1. **Be verkstaden slå chassinumret.** En auktoriserad BMW-verkstad ser i tillverkarens system vilka kampanjer som gäller bilen och om de är gjorda. Be om en utskrift.
2. **Ta med kampanjkoden.** KBA-posterna i tabellen har tillverkarens egen kampanjkod. Verkstaden kan slå på den direkt.
3. **Be säljaren om servicehistoriken.** En utförd kampanj står som en egen rad hos verkstaden. Saknas den: fråga varför.

## Vanliga frågor

Hur vet jag om min BMW 2-serien omfattas av någon av återkallelserna?

Fråga BMW eller en auktoriserad verkstad med bilens chassinummer (VIN). De ser vilka kampanjer som gäller just den bilen och om de är utförda. Listan här visar bara modell och tillverkningsperiod.

Kostar det något att få en återkallelse åtgärdad?

Normalt inte. Tillverkaren står för åtgärden, även om bilen är köpt begagnad. Be om beskedet skriftligt.

Varför står det tillverkningsår och inte årsmodell?

Safety Gate och KBA anger när bilarna tillverkades. En bil av en viss årsmodell kan vara byggd året innan. Jämför med tillverkningsdatumet i registreringsbeviset eller fråga verkstaden. När källan anger årsmodell står det så i tabellen.
